Christmas Gift Exchange Idea

Year after year we participate in different gift exchanges where we swap gifts "dirty santa style". My problem with this, is that in smaller crowds when the participants don't "steal" then the game is over in a matter of minutes. BOOORRRRRRRING. So this year I'm changing things up when I meet with my monthly Bunco group. This year we will bring the gifts wrapped, then decide if we want to unwrap them, or keep them wrapped. At that point, everyone will draw a number. Then, in numerical order, the participants will pull a slip out of the hat and follow the directions on whom they should swamp their gift with. I thought I would share my list that I got a few ideas from online, and came up with a few myself: Trade gifts with... 1. the person who has the longest hair 2. the person to your right 3. the person whose gift wrap has the most red on it 4. the person with the biggest gift 5. the person who arrived to the party last 6. the person wearing the most green 7. the person whose birthday is closest to Christmas 8. the person who is the youngest 9. the person who is the tallest 10. the person who is the shortest 11. the person who drove the furthest 12. the person sitting directly across from you.
